Emergency Preparedness

4M has dedicated several resources to serving our
customers when incidents arise through unexpected emergencies arise. We are prepared
to address the customer’s concerns with acts of mother nature, internal
flooding, fires, storms, electrical and other emergencies.
Office Hours
Emergencies
- 4M offers rapid response to correct any problems
that may arise. All Operating and Project Managers carry mobile telephones through which they
can be notified during emergencies. Supervisors. The 4M team can be called upon in
a matter of minutes to respond to any concerns or emergencies.
Sufficient personnel will be on-site during work
hours to respond immediately to minor emergencies without disruption of the
regular scheduled work. Our staffing plan includes personnel whose daily
assignments are tasks of the periodic nature and can thus be postponed without
any disruption to daily operations.
Off Hours Emergencies -
An
emergency phone and pager number list for off-hour or emergency situations is
always provided. However, if that is not handy during an emergency, 4M’s main
office telephone line forwards to our answering service. Should you call the
main telephone number after hours, you will be able to page our managers with an
emergency message. 4M’s management team members have mobile phones or pagers
through which they may be reached 24 hours per day. On-site management
retains a list
of emergency response workers who can be mobilized to come to the site and deal
with any
situation.
4M
Operations Team performs twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.
4M has the ability to quickly mobilize a substantial crew at any hour of the day
or night.
The capabilities of full-time management,
additional manpower, and special equipment are unique to 4M. This is a
