has a responsibility to protect the environment and its resources.
To that end we have implemented these company practices: 1. Aerosol dispensers should be compatible with our desire for clean air. Ingredients known to deplete ozone, like CFC’s, will not be used. Other ingredients will also affect our choice for use, utilizing the most effective materials with the least environmental impact. 2. All environmental regulations governing the storage, use, and disposal of materials will be followed. This includes disposal of regulated materials by evaporation, dumping into sanitary sewers, landfill, or runoff. 3. 4M will strive to reduce and eliminate waste in its operations, including any materials, time, packaging, labor, energy, or other resource. 4. All Environmental Policies and Rules of our customers will be followed by 4M at each location that we serve. 5. Any Notification Requirements of our customers for Spills or other Emergencies will be followed by 4M at each location that we serve. 6. When necessary, the use of new materials or changes in equipment will be first cleared with our customer when that use involves environmental impact, such as the indoor use of LPG-powered equipment. 7. Objectives, goals and key measures will be reviewed by the Vice President of Risk Management and the Executive Leadership Team for the purpose of continuously improving 4M’s impact on the environment and its resources. 8.

Environmental Policy shall be reviewed by the Vice President of Risk
Management and the Executive Leadership Team at least once every
twenty-four months. President
