MMMM ACQUIRES ROYAL SERVICES, INC. WITH OPERATIONS THROUGHOUT FLORIDA.

 

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, November 1, 2003 – In one of the most significant developments in the building services industry this year, Tim Murch, CBSE, president of Mitch Murch’s Maintenance Management Co. (MMMM), announced that his company has purchased Royal Services, Inc., one of Florida’s most respected and oldest contract cleaning firms, from the Rosenbloom family.  Royal Services, Inc. was started in 1909, and has operations throughout Florida in Jacksonville , Orlando , Tampa and Miami and is one of the most respected contract cleaning companies in Florida .   The name will be slightly changed to Royal Services, a Division of MMMM.  MMMM celebrated its 25th anniversary October 1.

MMMM is headquartered out of St. Louis with more than 2,400 employees in 350 accounts servicing over 35 million square feet every day and night throughout Missouri, Illinois, Indiana,  Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and now Florida.  The transaction is a perfect fit for both companies and their Florida customers, as they provide supervised cleaning of some of the most prestigious facilities, SaniGlaze tile and grout restoration services, carpet cleaning, power washing, construction cleanups, and other specialized services.    The purchase includes all of Royal’s contracts, equipment, management and employees.  Chip Wilkening, CBSE will serve as the Southeast Division Vice President, and manage the current Royal team.  “The Royal acquisition will allow us to use their prestigious accounts as a platform to effectively grow the Southeast Division into Georgia , Alabama , Mississippi , North and South Carolina ,” said Wilkening. 

With the addition of the Royal accounts, MMMM will have more than 7 million square feet of commercial office property, corporate headquarters, entertainment parks, schools and manufacturing facilities under contract throughout Florida, and will bring its total company annual sales volume to more than $40 million.

“We believe that the local Royal management teams supported  by one of the largest diversified contract cleaning companies with MMMM’s resources will provide an excellent opportunity to better serve clients throughout Florida, creating more value for them.” said Tim Murch.

MMMM ACQUIRES ULTIMATE MAINTENANCE, FORMS PREMIER FLOOR CARE AND PURCHASES THE SANIGLAZE FRANCHISE

                                                                                                 

St. Louis, Missouri, March 1, 2003 – In continuing to strategically acquire companies and create value for their clients, Tim Murch, CBSE, President of Mitch Murch’s Maintenance Management Company (MMMM), announced that MMMM has purchased Ultimate Maintenance, LLC a highly respected company specializing in customized carpet maintenance programs and janitorial services.  Ultimate Maintenance, LLC was started in 1987 by Ron Carron who sold it to Terry Holdinghausen in 1997.  Terry has owned and managed it to date.

The purchase includes all of Ultimate’s ongoing contracts, equipment, management and employees.  Terry Holdinghausen is joining MMMM as Director of Operations and will oversee and manage the operations of a newly formed division of MMMM, Premier Floor Care.

Premier Floor Care is a specialty division with three operating units.  SaniGLAZE Tile and Grout Restoration, Customized Carpet Maintenance programs, and hard surface floor maintenance and restoration programs.

MMMM has done extensive market research in the St. Louis market place with their customers and prospects and have found a demand for these three key needs.  The first is a company providing quality carpet maintenance programs with skilled, highly trained and certified technicians.  The second need was hard surface floor care which encompasses hard floor scrubbing, stripping and refinishing as well as marble and granite restoration and maintenance.  The third need identified was cleaning dirty tile and grout.  This is where the one of a kind revolutionary SaniGLAZE Tile and Grout Restoration franchise was purchased.  SaniGLAZE provides a like new permanent tile and grout floor overnight.  SaniGLAZE will not stain, eliminates odor causing bacteria and improves the slip coefficient for better safety.  “It is the most exciting thing to hit our industry in many years” says Murch.  “Our customers and their tenants are absolutely WOWed with the immediate and permanent results.”

 MMMM ACQUIRES TOTAL BUILDING SERVICES, INC.

 

ST. LOUIS, February 1, 2002 – In their second major acquisition in less than 5 months, Tim Murch, CBSE, president of Mitch Murch’s Maintenance Management Co. (MMMM), announced that his company has purchased Total Building Services, Inc. one of the area’s most respected contract cleaning firms, from the Stinson family. Total Building Services was started in 1985 by the Stinson family and has an outstanding sixteen-year track record.

MMMM is headquartered in St. Louis with more than 2,000 employees in 200 accounts servicing over 28 million square feet every day and night throughout Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Kansas. The transaction is a perfect fit for both companies and their St. Louis area customers, as they provide supervised cleaning of buildings, carpet cleaning, power washing, construction cleanups, window cleaning, upholstery cleaning and special services. The purchase includes all of Total’s ongoing contracts, equipment, management and employees. Chris Wieman, Vice President of Total Building Services, will join MMMM and oversee the Total accounts as he has been in the past, as well as offering all the additional resources MMMM brings to relationship for its customers’ benefit.

With the addition of the Total Building Services accounts, MMMM will add just under 1,000,000 square feet of commercial office property, corporate headquarters, educational facilities, and manufacturing facilities to its current portfolio of accounts and will bring its total company annual sales volume to more than $32.5 million. MMMM is by far the largest contract cleaning contractor in St. Louis and one of the largest companies of its kind in the Midwest.

(MMMM), announced that his company has purchased Mid-America Pro Clean (MAPC), one of the area’s most respected contract cleaning firms, from industry veteran Dan Cline, II. MAPC was begun in 1987, MMMM celebrated its 23rd anniversary October 1.

MMMM is headquartered out of St. Louis with more than 2,000 employees in 200 accounts servicing over 25 million square feet every day and night throughout Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky. The transaction is a perfect fit for both companies and their Kansas City area customers, as they provide supervised cleaning of buildings, carpet cleaning, power washing, construction cleanups, window cleaning, upholstery cleaning and special services. The purchase includes all of MAPC’s ongoing contracts, facilities, equipment, management and employees. Dan Cline, II will serve as the Regional Vice President, and maintain the same roles as he has had in growing his business, but with more financial, management and administrative resources for his customers’ benefit.

With the addition of MAPC’s accounts, MMMM will have more than 2 million square feet of commercial office property, corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities under contract in the Kansas City area, and will bring its total company annual sales volume to more than $32 million.

(4M), announced that 4M has purchased Hadley Janitorial, Inc., one of Kentucky ’s most respected contract cleaning firms, from industry veteran Scott Hadley.  Hadley Janitorial, Inc. was started in 1993 by Scott Hadley and 4M will celebrate its 29th anniversary October 1st.
