           Extensive Training Programs through 4M University         

4M places great emphasis on our training programs.  The quality and efficiency of the work that we perform is based on the continuous training 4M offers its team members.

Program Objective

The objective of the 4M Training Program is to provide all team members with sufficient knowledge, on-site classroom training and on-job-training (OJT) on subjects of safety, quality, chemicals, procedures, equipment and security so that they will be qualified and capable of performing their assigned tasks safely and effectively.

As an active member of the BSCAI, 4M has access to and utilizes:
