This is not a dream or a wish but a vision and a firm commitment that the entire 4M Team and I are constantly focused on and firmly committed to achieving. All of our team members and valued customers will reap the benefits of everything we do in our quest and mission to achieve this vision.

These are incredibly exciting times at 4M with a great deal of progressive change and an abundance of positive energy that continues to build momentum. It is truly a “new day” at 4M with the brightest future ahead of us after our first 29 years in business. Our leadership team has spent a great deal of time in strategic planning meetings over the past year putting together the plan, action items and unequalled, leading edge initiatives, systems and procedures that we are implementing which continue to push us closer to achieving our goal “to be the absolute best services provider in the industry.”

The 4M vision is clearly defined with a framework and a roadmap on how we will achieve this extraordinary goal.

I am very proud to share the Six Corporate Goals that we will achieve as we realize our vision.  These goals will continue to completely differentiate 4M, de-commoditize us, and make us truly unique - all creating and enhancing significant value for our customers.

These Six Corporate Goals are as follows:

  1. Increase sales a minimum of 12% net growth per year over the next 10 years.

  2. Increase our profit by 1/2% per year.

  3. 100% Target Customer Retention.  

  4. Deliver Innovative Solutions with Quality Service.  

  5. Attract, Develop and Retain World Class Industry Leaders.  

  6. Embrace and Execute the 4M Best Practices to Perfection.  

Many of you may know how I am “wired” and what my make up is, I am never satisfied with the status quo and where we currently are today. I, along with everyone at 4M, am constantly looking at everything we do every day and identifying how we can continue to become better. We are all committed to continuous improvement in every regard. The expectations and the bar have been raised in everything we do company wide.

I can’t tell you how incredibly proud I am of everyone at 4M and their dedicated contributions to get us to where we are today. We are a GREAT company today and one of the best in the industry. I want to personally thank every single 4M Team member for being a part of making us the great company we are today and becoming “the absolute best services provider” as we realize our vision.

I also want to thank every one of our valued customers who continue to allow us to earn your confidence and loyalty every day. Thank you for being such excellent business partners. We look forward to growing in numerous ways as well as creating and enhancing our value with each of you for decades to come.
