Many of you may know how I am “wired” and what my make up
is, I am never satisfied with the status quo and where we currently are
today. I, along with everyone at 4M, am constantly looking at everything we
do every day and identifying how we can continue to become better. We are

the bar have been raised in everything we do company wide.
