that 4M has purchased Hadley Janitorial, Inc., one of
Kentucky
’s most respected contract cleaning firms, from industry veteran Scott Hadley.
Hadley Janitorial, Inc. was started in 1993 by Scott Hadley and 4M will
celebrate its 29th anniversary October 1st.
4M is headquartered out of
St. Louis
,
Missouri
with more than 3,000 employees servicing over 60 million square feet every day
and night in eleven states throughout the
Midwest
and Southeast. The transaction is a
perfect fit for both companies and their
Kentucky
customers, as they provide supervised cleaning of buildings, carpet cleaning,
power washing, construction cleanups, window cleaning and special services.
The purchase includes all of Hadley Janitorial, Inc.’s contracts,
equipment, management and employees.
Scott
Hadley will stay on with 4M and maintain the same roles as he has had in growing
his business, but with more financial, management and administrative resources
provided by 4M for his customers’ benefit.
With the addition of Hadley Janitorial accounts, MMMM will have more than 5
million square feet of corporate headquarters and manufacturing facilities under
contract throughout Kentucky, and will bring its total company annual sales
volume to just under $60 million per year.

SANIGLAZE FRANCHISE
St. Louis, Missouri, March 1, 2003 – In continuing to strategically

has purchased Ultimate Maintenance, LLC a highly respected company specializing
in customized carpet maintenance programs and janitorial services.
Ultimate Maintenance, LLC was started in 1987 by Ron Carron who sold it to Terry
Holdinghausen in 1997. Terry has owned and managed it to date.
The purchase includes all of Ultimate’s ongoing contracts, equipment,
management and employees. Terry Holdinghausen is joining MMMM as Director
of Operations and will oversee and manage the operations of a newly formed

Management Co. (MMMM), announced that his company has purchased Total Building
Services, Inc. one of the areas most respected contract cleaning firms, from the
Stinson family. Total Building Services was started in 1985 by the Stinson family and has
an outstanding sixteen-year track record.
MMMM is headquartered in St. Louis with more than 2,000 employees in
200 accounts servicing over 28 million square feet every day and night throughout
Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Kansas. The transaction is a perfect fit for
both companies and their St. Louis area customers, as they provide supervised cleaning of
buildings, carpet cleaning, power washing, construction cleanups, window cleaning,
upholstery cleaning and special services. The purchase includes all of Totals
ongoing contracts, equipment, management and employees. Chris Wieman, Vice
