Team Member Pride
A big reason why we only hire the very best Team Members seems pretty obvious: we want to do the very best job possible. And since so much of what we do relies upon hard work and attention to detail, we rely upon our Team Members, who do great work, day in and day out. This lets us trust our Team Members to take ownership of their work and take pride in what they do.
With the CleanPath cleaning system that 4M Building Solutions uses, we find more efficient ways for our Team Members to work while providing them the tools to succeed. None of this would be possible, however, without giving our Team Members ownership of a specialized task. Whenever a customer compliments a certain aspect of our work, we know exactly who is responsible and we give them the credit that they deserve.
Other cleaning companies may rotate their employees through different tasks or assign a whole slew of people to do one thing. What we do is different, but it means we can only hire those whose work ethic and skill level deserves our trust. Our Team Members learn their area of specialization forwards and backwards, top to bottom, and so we trust them to take the reins and take ownership over their domain.
Our Team Members take so much pride in being able to point out the direct results and we take great pride in them realizing their potential in a specialization that makes them so valuable to our customers.
