Through its affiliation with the International Sanitary Suppliers Association (ISSA), MMMM attained the Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certification in June 2009 – with HONORS! This program has a strategic roadmap that involves comprehensive training and third party validation of MMMM’s systems and processes; assuring that our company not only complies with the highest standards in the industry, but actually applies them in the field with measurable and sustainable results.

The CBSE and RBSM designations signify that an individual has demonstrated the knowledge and skills required to perform competently in the building services profession. GREENGUARD certification is a product certification program for low emitting interior building materials, furnishings and finish systems. All GREENGUARD Certified Products have been tested for their chemical emissions performance and can be found in the GREENGUARD Online Product Guide (www.greenguard.org).

More than 30 years old, the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) is a non-profit certification body founded to set standards for the inspection, cleaning and restoration service industries.
The CRI Seal of Approval program identifies effective carpet cleaning solutions and equipment that clean carpet right the first time and protect a facility’s carpet investment. Not all products clean well enough to earn the Seal of Approval distinction, so look for the blue and green CRI Seal of Approval as proof that you are purchasing or getting the highest quality product.

The Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety (MICCS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to achieving zero injury on construction job sites; this program is the gold standard in the Indianapolis area. To be “MICCS Certified” means a company’s safety performance is in the top 20% of construction companies in the nation. MMMM is the only company in its service industry to hold the MICCS certification at this time.
