preventing incidents that involve personal injury or illness or property
loss or damage. To do this, we shall establish standards of
performance, effectively communicate these standards to all of our team
members, provide proper training and education to our employees so that
these standards can be realized, evaluate our performance on a regular
basis, acknowledge success when it is achieved, and make changes or
improvements when needed”

SAFETY BINGO
- Safety
Bingo is a game that serves three purposes for 4M:

1. It
increases the interest in the daily safety suggestions given to
our team
members.

2. It creates excitement about our safety program by offering
awards to all team members from $75 to $8,000.

3. Improves attendance - They can not play bingo
numbers if they were absent on the day it was given.
