4M Building Solutions Names Desiree Flores Director of Business Development for San Antonio
St. Louis, October 28, 2026 — 4M Building Solutions, a national commercial cleaning and janitorial services company, has named Desiree Flores director of business development for San Antonio.
Flores will lead business development for 4M in the San Antonio market, building client relationships and pursuing new accounts.
She has more than 15 years of experience in management, sales, and business development, most recently in the nursery and landscaping services industry. She previously worked in business development for an executive search firm and spent several years as a property manager for Class A and Class B apartment communities in San Antonio.
