ST. LOUIS, MO – July 9, 2026 – 4M Building Solutions, a national leader in commercial cleaning, janitorial, and facility services, is pleased to announce that Ben Greene has joined the company as Vice President of Sales for the Northeast Division, a territory supporting sales teams across the Northeast and Michigan.

Greene brings a decade of sales experience to 4M, including the last four years in commercial cleaning and janitorial sales leadership—first in the New England service area, then nationally. In his new role, he will lead strategic growth across the territory, coaching his sales team while partnering closely with regional operators to strengthen the region’s market presence.

“Ben shows up, brings grit, and leads with curiosity, demonstrating exactly what we look for in a corner store owner, a term we use for Team Members who take personal ownership of their piece of the business,” said Mike Fitts, Chief Commercial Officer. “We’re excited to have him driving growth in the Northeast Division.”

Originally from Stoughton, Massachusetts, Greene now lives in Littleton with his wife and three children. Outside of work and family, he’s an avid runner and sand volleyball player. Greene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Quinnipiac University and a law degree from New England Law, Boston, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
