4M BUILDING SOLUTIONS AWARDED CLEANING CONTRACT FOR OVERLAND, MO. OFFICE BUILDING

St. Louis, MO – August 31, 2023: 4M Building Solutions has been awarded the cleaning and janitorial services contract for a three-story multi-tenant office building in St. Louis managed by Clayco Inc.

The 45,000 sq. ft. building, 2127 Innerbelt Business Center Drive, in Overland, Mo., is on the northwest corner of 1-170 and Page. Tenants include real estate and construction businesses, rehabilitation, healthcare, and business consulting.
