MMMM ACQUIRES ULTIMATE MAINTENANCE, FORMS PREMIER FLOOR CARE AND PURCHASES THE SANIGLAZE FRANCHISE

St. Louis, Missouri, March 1, 2003 – In continuing to strategically acquire companies and create value for their clients, Tim Murch, CBSE, President of Mitch Murch’s Maintenance Management Company (MMMM), announced that MMMM has purchased Ultimate Maintenance, LLC a highly respected company specializing in customized carpet maintenance programs and janitorial services.  Ultimate Maintenance, LLC was started in 1987 by Ron Carron who sold it to Terry Holdinghausen in 1997.  Terry has owned and managed it to date.

The purchase includes all of Ultimate’s ongoing contracts, equipment, management and employees.  Terry Holdinghausen is joining MMMM as Director of Operations and will oversee and manage the operations of a newly formed division of MMMM, Premier Floor Care.

Premier Floor Care is a specialty division with three operating units.  SaniGLAZE Tile and Grout Restoration, Customized Carpet Maintenance programs, and hard surface floor maintenance and restoration programs.

MMMM has done extensive market research in the St. Louis market place with their customers and prospects and have found a demand for these three key needs.  The first is a company providing quality carpet maintenance programs with skilled, highly trained and certified technicians.  The second need was hard surface floor care which encompasses hard floor scrubbing, stripping and refinishing as well as marble and granite restoration and maintenance.  The third need identified was cleaning dirty tile and grout.  This is where the one of a kind revolutionary SaniGLAZE Tile and Grout Restoration franchise was purchased.  SaniGLAZE provides a like new permanent tile and grout floor overnight.  SaniGLAZE will not stain, eliminates odor causing bacteria and improves the slip coefficient for better safety.  “It is the most exciting thing to hit our industry in many years” says Murch.  “Our customers and their tenants are absolutely WOWed with the immediate and permanent results.”
