This strategic move strengthens 4M’s growing Ohio footprint and underscores its commitment to delivering Precision-Grade Clean across the Cleveland-Akron-Canton region.

Founded in 2013, Miracle Clean earned a reputation for outstanding service in corporate offices, multi-tenant buildings, retail environments, healthcare settings, and industrial facilities. Built by brothers Jeremy and Josh Randles, the company grew from a part-time venture into one of Northeast Ohio’s most trusted commercial cleaning providers thanks to a hands-on leadership style, loyal customer base, and a dedicated team of 71 professionals.

Now fully operating under the 4M name, the Miracle Clean team brings deep local knowledge and long-standing client relationships to a broader service platform. Lisa Randles, formerly Vice President of Operations, has joined 4M as District Manager, continuing to lead day-to-day operations across the region and ensuring seamless transitions for clients and Team Members alike.
