Janitorial & Cleaning Services
Comprehensive Janitorial & Cleaning Services for Your Business
4M is focused on taking you out of the cleaning business and giving you back time and peace of mind. With a guaranteed seamless transition to 4M’s proactive cleaning services, industry-leading on-site management, unique systems and innovative processes, continuous tracking and reporting, and a commitment to providing tangible value, we minimize the time you’ll spend dealing with cleaning.
Guaranteed Seamless Transition
4M starts by sending in our specialized Operations Support Team to review a comprehensive detailed checklist of operational, security and safety needs for your facility. No detail is too small – from the key codes to the number of wastebaskets in your CEO’s office. We also create a specific customized transition plan to ensure a painless transition to 4M Building Solutions.
This plan always includes:
- Strategically preparing for the transition
- Interviewing and screening the most qualified janitorial staff for your facility
- Validation & background checks through our employment verification process
- Orientation programming to ensure all team members are well-versed in your facility’s specific needs
- Team building among janitorial staff, management, and you for maximum satisfaction
Proactive On-Site Management
4M’s operational support includes a complete, experienced, and prepared team on site every single day for you. Members of 4M’s highly trained management staff are in place at your facility, continuously checking quality, pinpointing potential issues, and ensuring consistent cleaning that meets our precise standards of excellence.
The 4M team proactively identifies anything that could negatively affect building operations and immediately addresses it. That takes the burden off of you, reducing the requests and complaints you need to field. It’s ours to find and fix, ensuring that the only thing you hear about your building services are compliments.
Constant Tracking & Reporting
With decades of experience in the building services industry, 4M Team Members have earned millions of hours of experience working in customer facilities. From that vast well of experience, we’ve developed trademarked and world-class lean cleaning Six Sigma systems and processes that eliminate wasted motion, improve quality, and help our team work through your facility in the most efficient way possible.
Our unique Checkpoint™ inspection system measures quality in real-time and proactively identifies any cleaning deficiencies. With three layers of management proactively inspecting facilities and acting on all findings, we continuously look for and identify potential improvements.
Creating Tangible Value
4M works tirelessly to provide tangible value well beyond standard cleaning services. Rather than locking you into a program that’s easy for us, we work with you to craft the most efficient, highest quality cleaning program customized specifically for your facility’s needs. We also establish distinct benchmarks and metrics so that everyone understands service goals as well as the plan to reach – and even exceed – those goals.

Change is always a consideration when it is time to put the janitorial contract out for bid. Sometimes it’s just easier to keep things as they are. However, when we put out the RFP for janitorial services, and 4M provided their response, along with a complete and detailed proposal, a clear and concise Transition Plan was provided. Not only did they submit a very attractive proposal, but the transition went flawlessly. Careful planning and execution on their part made the ‘fear of change’ non-existent. They literally delivered what they promised on everything. It made our decision to change a viable and valuable decision.- 700,000 square foot Pharmaceutical Clean Room Manufacturing Facilities
